My Favorite Thanksgiving Movies!

So you think that Thanksgiving movies don't exist but they do!! We have several that we use in the rotation each year that we love. Below are my top 5 Thanksgiving  Movies they are not in any specific order check out the trailers below!!

I love the Big Chill now most will say that it doesn't have a part that has Thanksgiving in it but it really does. It's in the deleted parts of the movie. I however still watch this 80s movie each Thanksgiving. The music is fantastic! I love this movie and the dancing in the kitchen makes me giggle.

I am a big John Hughes fan!! as one of my favorite directors, this is a Thanksgiving movie that I love watching and I love the family aspects.

I only started to watch this movie with my husband after we got married 10 years ago. This was a movie that he really enjoyed that yes is centered around several Thanksgivings. I only enjoy a few Woody Allen films and this is one it's centered around Hannah and well her sisters.

Planes, Trains, and Automobiles is such a classic Thanksgiving movie hands down my favorite. I laugh so hard and I love John Hughes yet again he's a master at family comedy. I love the ending and it makes me a little teary-eyed.

So this is the movie The Last Waltz has grown on me over the years this was filmed on Thanksgiving day 1976. It was The Band's Farewell Concert. It has such wonderful music in it it's also a documentary and directed by Martin Scorsese. (also a hubby suggestion)
