Bell Pepper Bagel Breakfast Sandwich


Bell Pepper Bagel Breakfast Sandwich 

2 bell peppers 
1 garlic clove
1 bagel 
1 egg
1 slice of any cheese of your choice (Cheddar, Munster are tasty)

Slice the bell peppers in strips and mince garlic saute in pan about 10 min. I like my veggies soft and kinda burnt . Then you will make an egg any way you like we did sunny side up on a toasted bagel.
It's pretty easy to assemble any way you want . We did bagel bottom,cheese,egg and peppers. this is such a tasty meal and any leftover peppers work great in a fajita for lunch.
