So I haven't posted in some time sorry folks super busy at work and home. Starters I am now doing kickboxing it's so crazy!! A few friends of mine wanted me to go and I have to say I am so burned out.. wow. it's very hard to do.
In additon to this I also started taking yoga and I love it so much!! what a great stress relief it is for me and a great bonding experience with my girlfriends. I am really enjoying this new active side to myself. I am going to be posting my kickboxing playlist here in a few days along with my own yoga playlist via @Spotify stay tuned for that.
